Can I Exchange My Items?
At littup.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or faulty when you receive it.
- The item you received is not the product you originally ordered.
To raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect item. We handle each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.
What Items Are Not Eligible for Exchange?
We cannot process an exchange in the following situations:
- The exchange request is made after the specified time frame.
- The product has been used or is damaged due to use.
- The product has been tampered with.
- The original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.
- Fragrances and undergarments cannot be exchanged unless they were delivered in a damaged condition.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on any purchased items.
How Do I Exchange an Item?
To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the issue.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse. You can use any courier service that is convenient for you.
- As soon as we receive the package, we will process your exchange request and send out the new item. A delivery fee of 250 PKR will be charged upon delivery of the exchanged product.
