Where Can I Receive My Order?

You can receive your order at any private address, such as your home or workplace. We also offer delivery to designated drop points. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. box.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

For standard orders, delivery takes 7-9 working days. During sales and other promotions, please allow 9-11 working days for your order to arrive.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, there may be slight delays in processing. If you pay with a credit or debit card, your order will be subject to a fraud check, and processing will begin once it clears.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Which Courier Will Deliver My Order?

The courier service depends on your delivery location and the type of shipment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the courier's name and tracking details.

What If I'm Not Home for Delivery?

The courier will contact you to confirm delivery. They will attempt to deliver your order twice. If they are unable to deliver the package after the second attempt, it will be returned to us.
